Delegate Dinner:

The Delegate Meeting will be held on October 5^th from 5:30 – 8:30 pm at the Crossgates Banquet House, Washington Avenue Extension and Rapp Road, Albany, (Next to the FIRE/POLICE station).  Snacks will be served from 5:30 pm -6:30 pm, dinner at 6:30 pm, cash bar available.  PLEASE NOTE: although the return card says 6:30, the cash bar and snacks are available starting at 5:30.

To be assured of receiving your Jacket, you MUST respond no later than August 15th, 2004. See  jacket style below:

Bus Transportation to Rochester:

Buses will leave PEF Headquarters at NOON on Sunday, October 17^th.  The buses should arrive in Lake Placid around 3:00 pm.  On Wednesday the 20^th, the buses will leave around 1 pm.  We will be sending only full buses, (3 max), reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Train Transportation to Rochester:

for those that  wish to take the train, please contact PEF Travel directly at 782-9045.  Be aware the the train returning to Albany is frequently behind schedule due to the fact that it originates in Toronto. 

Reservations:

Please respond by returning the postcard that was sent to you, or registering below no later than August 15th to reserve your choice of Jacket, and bus transportation.  We are ordering jackets to order, and due to the cost we will not be ordering jackets for those that do not respond by the August 15th deadline.
